French buffet two bodies XVIIIth

Dating from the 18th century, this superb rustic kitchen buffet or two bodies is in oak with a blue patina recently applied to the interior of the upper part. Made in the ile-de-france region (which includes paris). Stamped with the initials of the cabinetmaker ga, perhaps for the cabinetmaker gailliard, antoine. All original hardware except locks. The lower part has one shelf, the upper part has three built-in shelves which have been redone. Modifications were made as its restoration progressed. Please note the tray as depicted in the photographs with its slightly offset character, adding charm to its uniqueness. The keys are in working order.
