Ceramic pot Atelier Dieulefit

Small ceramic pot from the Dieulefit Workshop, brown glaze. The region of Dieulefit, in the Provençal Drôme, has been a land of potters documented since the 15th century: its glazed clay, with characteristic yellow and green tones, was once exported throughout the Rhône Valley and beyond. The workshops in the village continue this tradition of utilitarian pottery, of which this small pot is a simple example. Dimensions: L. 10 x H. 12 cm. Condition: good condition.
