Tribal set of four pieces of dignitary furniture from the Kingdom of Dahomey, Benin, first half of the 20th century, prestigious set of four pieces: two dignitary armchairs, a round sculpted table, and a low table, made from Iroko wood, monoxyle, the set is in good condition despite its age, with a very nice patina from time on the wood, each piece of this set is authentic and exudes the strength of tribal, ancestral craftsmanship. The signs of its antiquity: cracks on the seat, broken lion paws on one armchair only add to its charm and historical value. The armchairs are adorned with lions and sacred symbols.
