Old painting, still life dated 1948, signed E Chabrier

Superb painting, oil on panel representing a still life with oranges, spoon cookies, bottle of spirits and champagne glass. All placed on a table with a white tablecloth. It is signed lower right e chabrier (painter born in 1882 and died in 1973, listed in the painters of auvergne and boubonnais) and dated 1948. Condition: small gaps of scattered paints, scratches and damaged edges, it deserves a frame to highlight it more. It has on the back a label "independent artists of the period foreziens with name of the artist and description of the painting.
