Measuring 337cmx213cm and made of wool on cotton weft around the early 20th century, it has a distinctive floral design with striking antique colours. Faradonbeh rugs originate their designs and colours from fabrics and textiles of the european renaissance period and for this reason their distinctive designs have become the hallmark of their rug weaves over the centuries. Condition wise it has uneven wear with patches of small holes, fraying at one end with an old repair and a small area of discolouration.
