19th-century Voltaire armchair in walnut, covered in blue velvet, with a reclining backrest, making it the ancestor of the recliner. A beautiful, noble, and very comfortable object, ideal for relaxing, reading, or simply decorating a room. Fully restored by a master upholsterer and since used for decoration only, hence not used, its seat is perfect and the armchair is like new overall. I am letting it go for the cost of the restoration. Size: height 113 cm / width 67.5 cm overall / depth 54 cm overall. Very careful and sturdy shipping.
