Period: ca. Mid-20th century. This unusual little swan could have multiple uses: a room for an elegant table, a ring, pocket empty, candy, etc... The swan is made of a white-gray metal (probably a tin-based alloy) and was gilded at some point; there is still a slight golden coloration in the reliefs giving it a soft patina. It has been molded with great detail and even the neck feathers are distinct (a rare feature). There's no separate lining, but I don't think there was a view that the interior was also golden. State: Ok. Faded gilding. A very small hole that is practically invisible among the feathers (see photo). Size: See photo.
