Dressing table, Norway, 1960s/1970s, vntg, mid-c mod

This beautiful teak dressing table comes from Norway, dating from the 1960s/1970s. It is finished in teak veneer with exquisite detailing. The solid, slender teak legs, the contoured frame, the thick, rounded edges, the beautiful mirror mounts on the countertop, and the brass handles are small details, but they reflect Scandinavian design: simplicity, lightness, and elegance. The dressing table is approximately 60 years old and is in excellent condition. All mirrors are adjustable, allowing you to adjust the mirror angle to your needs, making using the dressing table a pure pleasure. Despite its age, the mirrors are in very good condition. The entire unit has been cleaned of old coatings, then the gaps were filled, and finally, the wood was sealed with several coats of a hard, stain- and water-resistant oil-wax.
