Description: This delightful elegant mid-century sideboard was renowned by furniture maker, alfred cox, who notably produced high-quality, hand-built pieces for heal & sons and other upmarket department stores in the 1950s and 60s. This stunning sideboard is extremely well constructed, built principally from solid teak with some fine teak veneer used for grain effects and a darker afrormosia wood lip around the top. The wood has a pronounced vibrant flame that really catches the light. This sideboard offers ample storage space with its spacious double cupboard and three generous drawers. Both stylish and functional this beautiful sideboard would make a wonderful addition to any home.
