BACCARAT Antique liqueur carafe in cut crystal with flat ribs 1840

This magnificent liqueur decanter is made of cut crystal by baccarat. It is a model of liqueur flask dating from the 19th century that was found in liqueur cellars and cabarets. This lovely decanter is decorated with flat ribs - this model can be seen in the common catalog of baccarat saint-louis crystal works from 1840 (photo attached). In beautiful condition, it measures 19.5 cm high X 8.5 cm wide. I note scratches from use and tiny chips on the stopper and on certain sizes.
