Pair of cloisonné brass cellar rat candlesticks – 1960s

Charming pair of antique low candlesticks known as "rat-de-cave", in gilded brass with cloisonné enamel decoration of green and white foliage. Carefully crafted, the decorations were hand-painted in a delicate style typical of Asian artisanal productions of the mid-20th century. Very good condition with light and pretty marks of time, without the slightest structural defect.
