Provincial bonnetière made of solid wood, renovated antique.

Antique wooden bonnetière renovated. This provincial bonnetière, probably from the late 19th to early 20th century, charms with its elegant lines; a marriage of delicate moldings and geometric friezes... This piece was acquired from an antique dealer in the 1970s in Charleville Mézières to furnish a house in southern Belgium. The furniture has been carefully cleaned, sanded, and stripped of its many layers of wax. The exterior has been refinished in a deep shade between plum and eggplant, then protected with a colorless wax for a durable finish. The interior, on the other hand, has been protected with a wax cream suitable for everyday use. A wardrobe and two shelves allow for the storage of clothes or linens. The bonnetière can also be adapted according to your needs (interior layout possible upon request). This bonnetière will find its place in a bedroom, an entryway, or a living room and will become the centerpiece of your interior. A piece of furniture that is both practical and full of character. The dimensions indicated are those of the furniture at its largest dimensions.
