Charming oval soup tureen in Limoges porcelain, France, stamped with a crowned coat of arms "Authentique" in celadon, mass-dyed, model “Orient” in Art Deco style, vintage production from the 60s to 80s. A rare soft water green shade in Limoges productions. Flattened oval body, slightly geometric side handles, and a domed lid topped with a modernised rectangular knob. Floral decoration in polychrome transfers in a lovely romantic palette of pink, green, and white, enhanced with a gold rim around the edge and the handles. Work by a decorator using the stamp frequently employed by independent decoration workshops working from forms of fine Limoges productions. A rare model, especially in this celadon colour. Approximately 30 cm in total length, 22 cm in width, and 15 cm in height with the lid. Very good overall condition, shiny porcelain with no chips or cracks, intact decoration, some fine usage scratches, and very slight gilding defects, discreet overall. Approximately 1.8-2 kg.
