Nineteenth century frame gilded stucco wood 51.5x40 foliage 36.7x25.5 cm SB

Here is an old frame in wood and gilded stucco with gold leaf, pearl frieze decoration, acanthus leaves, bay leaves. Period: around 1850-1870. Condition: set in good condition, beautiful patina of time, note: 2 small gaps on the inner edge (photo 2 & 5), traces of use, as in the photos. Dimensions: exterior: 51.5x40 cm, foliage 36.7x between 25.5 and 28.4 cm because the foliage has been enlarged (see photo from the back), view/image: 34x23 cm, thickness: 5.5 cm. Weight: 2, 300 kgs.
