Mid-Century Modern Simris Table Lamp by Anders Pehrson for Ateljé Lyktan

A fantastic 1970s table or office lamp with a very sleek scandinavian design by anders pehrson for atelje lyktan, sweden. This lamp is very simple in shape, tall and slender, which makes it very elegant and sophisticated. The model is known as 781 or simris/olympia. It has a leather coated metal base. With versatile bulb arrangement for various luminous effect lamp. Height is adjustable in all directions. The lamp is in a very good condition nearly as new, with only some minor marks, but the overall of a fantastic condition, given its age. This will be a centerpiece in any interior setting. The lamp is 50cm (19.68") high 20cm (7.87") wide and 30cm deep (11.18"). Note that the lamp has a plug suitable for sweden and many other eu countries. The lamp has a very unusual and very practical function with two bulb sockets of 25w and 40w. Press once engages the 25w bulb socket only. Press twice engages the 40w bulb socket only. Third press does both sockets. Fourth press switches them off.
