Seltz house oak chairs

Superb series of 4 dining room chairs designed in solid oak by Maison Seltz in the 70s/80s. Maison Seltz is a famous Alsatian cabinetmaker which only worked oak or elm and which collaborated with Pierre Chapo. The dynamic, contrasting lines of the three-legged base give the chairs a sculptural and attractive appearance. The central foot at the front rises to form the central part of the backrest. A clean and elegant look that makes it easy to adapt to any interior, whether modern or retro. The chairs are in very good condition, one chair has been restored under the seat (see photo). Visible only when turning the chair over. Seat height 45 cm.
