Set of siena plates in enameled earthenware circa 1965 signed by kmk germany. Siena is a legendary tableware service created by siegfried möller for the kupfermühle workshop, an avant-garde pottery workshop of the 60s. Splendid milky white glaze on a light and dense white earth, bordered in contrast with a large matt wood-colored line applied by hand - we can see the gesture of the brush. Absolutely modern, calm and chic minimal presence, like a small miracle of deliberate simplicity coming from elsewhere. Rare set of flat plates, calotte plates and here 8 dessert plates, in perfect condition with rare and tiny jumps - photographed. Diameter 24cm for the flat plates and 20.5cm for the calotte plates - depth 3.5cm, and 21cm for the dessert plates. No question of going there with your eyes closed, as selency said, they are too beautiful! 8 dessert plates diameter 21cm. Perfect condition with no signs of use. Other plates, lats, salad bowls, and serving dishes are also available.
