Syrian set, late 19th century

Set of two dagobert-style armchairs and two chairs, syria, late 19th century. Carved wood inlaid with mother-of-pearl, decorated with inscription in thuluth. The four seats are folding, their functional mechanisms. Some gaps in mother-of-pearl inlays on the chairs only. Lacks a tip (ball) hides mechanism on one of the chairs, not harming the strength of the latter. Each seat is unique and has unique décor. Good general condition, very nice patina.
