Brutalist tripod cowherd stool

Very nice little tripod stool in a brutalist spirit: simply three unbarked branches, inserted into a wooden log (elm perhaps) which also has its bark. The pretty rings clearly visible on the seat could even give the age of the branch that was used for its manufacture. It is small, it can be used as an extra seat, plant holder, end of sofa or bedside or furnish a child's hut. It is covered with a thick glossy varnish. It is in very good structural condition, very strong and very stable, and has just a few marks, mainly abrasions of the varnish, on the seat and dripping of varnish under the seat. It is 27 cm high, and the seat is about 18 cm in diameter. It weighs about 1.3 kg.
