Very large side table made of white and grey petrified wood. Petrified wood is a fossilised wood (from the same family as magnolia) dating back 20 million years. Silica has replaced the wood fibres molecule by molecule, resulting in silicified wood. The fossilisation process is slow, allowing the patterns of the trees to be distinguished.
