Superb sculptural blown glass candle holder, from the expertise of murano (italy), famous for its artistic and experimental creations. Its fluid twisted shape and its filigree bands in gray, white and smoked black give it a strong visual presence, typical of modernist pieces of the 1960s-1970s. This type of glasswork recalls the creations of master glassmakers like flavio poli, cenedese or V. Nason & c., known for their sculptural approach and the use of filigree smoked glass. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
