Wool Azilal carpet

100% wool azilal carpet originating from the high atlas in morocco, it is hand-woven with a natural unbleached wool with geometric and asymmetrical shapes, pink, yellow, orange, black and blue. For information, azilal carpets are made only by hand and are characterized by their ivory-cream background made of virgin wool and their colorful patterns made thanks to vegetable dyes or based on colored cotton thread. Vintage, this carpet has some irregularities due to use. The height of the wool is not necessarily equal throughout the carpet. In the last photos, it can be seen that the corner of the orange-colored carpet has slightly discolored, and the fringes are barely de-stressed. To the touch, this carpet is soft and fluffy.
