Louis XVI chest of drawers in marquetry with marble top

Elegant Louis XVI style chest of drawers dating from the end of the 19th century, decorated with beautiful marquetry work in chevron pattern frieze and a veined brown marble top. It opens with five drawers on the front (including two smaller ones at the top) with brass ring handles and lock entries finely decorated with ribbons. The uprights have rounded corners decorated with bronze appliques and end with curved feet decorated with bronze sabots.
