Large sculptural Brutalist vase – Florea SILVIU – 41 cm

Exceptional vase by Romanian glass artist Florea Silviu, dating from the 1980s. This monumental piece, measuring 41 cm, is a perfect example of late 20th-century Brutalist design. The vase is made of mouth-blown glass with a satin finish in water green. It is adorned with a spectacular organic application in patinated tin, worked hot, which encircles the body of the vase in a very textured manner. The signature "F.
