Vintage design. Rare floor lamp by Swisslamps based on a design by Edi Franz from the 1950s. This project is ahead of its time. The reduced design language already hints at the 1960s, and it was created in the mid-1950s. This floor lamp derives its elegance from precision and technical details. The yellow colouring of this version contrasts beautifully. The simple execution of the light head particularly draws attention, consisting of a long cylinder with a simple diffuser ring assembled in the shape of an umbrella. The diffuser ring is connected to the lamp's stem by three fine chrome attachments. The two projectors are held by a spring clamp mechanism and can be freely adjusted in height. This mechanism is both functionally special and visually distinctive, featuring a transparent acrylic glass spring push button. The switches are located at the back of each projector, with a black push switch ending at the beam cylinder.
