Designer lamp in solid oak

Sculptural lamp made from solid oak, handcrafted. The piece retains a natural crack in the wood, stabilised by three walnut butterfly keys. The organic curves and traces of time interact with the softness of the oak to create an object with a unique presence, straddling contemporary sculpture and the wabi-sabi spirit. The lampshade is handmade from papier-mâché made from recycled fibres, offering a raw and mineral texture that contrasts with the softness of the wood. Its simple and organic shape is inspired by wabi-sabi aesthetics, where imperfection becomes a source of beauty.
