Set of 4 vintage Italian chairs in wood and straw - design 18950

Here is a charming set of 4 Italian dining chairs, straight from the 1950s. These retro seats feature a typically modernist and refined design. The woodwork is elegant: the legs are finely tapered, and the backrest consists of three curved horizontal slats for optimal comfort. We love the happy combination of bright blonde wood with the beautifully structured straw seat. Each chair retains its original numbered blue label on the rear leg (numbers visible on each seat), a testament to their history and period craftsmanship. They are made of solid ash with a very warm and soft original honey patina. From the 1950s, their vintage condition is remarkable. The structures are perfectly stable, and the straw seats are very well preserved, with tight and clean weaving. Seat height is 46cm. A classic of Italian design, with a playful touch that will fit into both a bohemian setting and a more minimalist or Scandinavian interior.
