Sarreguemines D&V plate

Beautiful vintage sarreguemines d&v plate (d for digoin and V for vitry le françois: in 1919, after the first world war, the unit was reconstituted under the name of sarreguemines-digoin-vitry-le-françois and is administered by the cazal family). Stamped, this model was produced for many years and you can find it with other more recent stamps. Ideal for giving an original tone to your table, to mix with other vintage pieces in ochre tones. Superb representation of a fish, almost a zoomorphic plate! Good condition, some micro scratches from use, only one small chip under the bottom on the edge on the fish head side but not visible when the plate is placed. Diameter 24 cms.
