Antique tea/coffee set of 10 persons, made by the Limoges manufactory Mandavy de Mavaleix 1908-1920

This is a luxurious complete tea and coffee service for 10 persons, consisting of ten pairs of cups and saucers, a creamer, a sugar bowl and a very spacious teapot. Richly embellished with delicate aster decal floral patterns, the shapes (handles and teapot spout) are accentuated with rich gilding applied with a dry brush. The service was produced and decorated at the limoges manufactory mandavy de mavaleix, which operated from 1908 to 1920 in france. All items are in very good antique condition except for one cup which has a crack as seen in photo #9. There is also a small chip on the rim of the teapot, which does not affect functionality in any way (photo 10). This china set is sure to brighten up any kitchen or dining room and is a classic piece of collectible china.
