Hollis Jones plexiglass, brass & smoked glass bookcase, 1970 design

Large bookcase in plexiglass, gilded metal and glass. American work by Charles Hollis Jones. Circa 1970. The set includes 5 fixed smoked glass shelves (space between 36.5cm). Transparent lucite structure and brass details. The set presents very well for age and use, defects on the glass are more or less visible once in place. Good storage capacity and very solid due to the dimensions and beautiful manufacture.
