Art nouveau settee no. 2 in bent wood and cane by Thonet Brothers, Austria 1900s

Striking art nouveau two-seater bench in ebonized bentwood and cane webbing. A real piece of design history, being fully untouched and original with the original weaving. These elegant lines are something you'll never get tired of. Beautiful condition. Most probably by Thonet, we found no labels, but it could very well be these faded through the ages as they were paper printed labels. What is sure is that it's a very early piece, we date it early 1900s but it could very well be earlier. 1900s - Austria.
