Set of 6 solid silver spoons by the silversmith Georg Jensen. Very good condition overall. Ideal for a lovely table. All pieces are stamped "GEORG JENSEN STERLING DENMARK." Danish work from the 1940s. Georg Jensen (1866-1935) was a renowned Danish silversmith, the son of a knife sharpener. Trained from a young age in silversmithing and then in sculpture in Copenhagen, he founded his own workshop for solid silver in 1904. His creations of exceptional quality have made the Georg Jensen brand an international reference in tableware and luxury silverware.
