Butcher's table work central island marble

Former large work table used in a butcher shop with its white marble tray. This room, due to its dimensions and characteristics, will be absolutely ideal in a central island in a kitchen. This piece of furniture has been completely restored. Its solid walnut base was sanded and treated with a napoleonic black lacquer. The low shelf and the high shelf on which the marble rests, made of pine, have been sanded, processed and voluntarily left in their original raw wood patina. The surfaces have been protected with a transparent matte varnish. The marble was sanded and treated and protected. Nevertheless, we can see alterations of colors in this one, traces of his former life. The marble is placed on the structure, very stable thanks to its certain weight.
