Navahand rugs

Navahand rug (Hamadan region), 1980s. Wool pile on cotton foundation. Ruby field with scrolls and garlands of flowers in pastel tones. Decorated with a central Prussian blue rosette with star-shaped flowers. Traces of wear including sun exposure (the photos where you see the discolorations are of the top of the rug), the first photos are those of the bottom where the colors are bright. Length 234cm. Width 145cm.
