Large vintage 1920 Pirouett Art Deco desk lamp - 50 cm

Old large Pirouett lamp in chrome metal circa 1920 in good condition. This French Art Deco lamp, made in Nice, is an uncommon model in this size with this base, this fluted shaft, and the letter holder with its two pen holders; it is signed on the base. It is functional, the chrome has worn in many places, and the glass has been modified with stained glass, semi-handmade glass for an effect that closely resembles the original. The olive-colored wired switch is made of chocolate Bakelite matching the old cable, and the plug is also Bakelite and original; the spring is still present between the two arms. It works with a bayonet bulb not included. It measures 50cm in height when extended (35cm otherwise), the corolla is 23cm long, and it is 30cm deep. By adopting this vintage object, you give a second life to a treasure from the past — thank you for making sustainable decoration rhyme with history and action for the planet.
