Vintage oak secretary – 1940s/1950s – 3 drawers

Elegant vintage oak secretary with oak veneer, dating from the 1940s-1950s. Its narrow and very practical format makes it an ideal piece of furniture for setting up a small workspace, a bedroom, an entrance, or an apartment where every square metre counts. The top opens with a wide flap, creating a genuine work surface. The interior offers storage space with a shelf, while the lower part includes three large drawers fitted with original metal knobs. We particularly appreciate its simple and functional lines, its beautiful honey hue, its balanced proportions, and its modernist spirit typical of furniture from the first half of the 20th century. The piece has retained a lovely patina of use and shows the normal signs of its age, which contribute to its charm and authenticity. The flap, metal hinges, and lock are present. A piece of furniture that is both decorative and functional, perfect as a secretary, small desk, entrance furniture, or occasional desk.
