Empire-style chandelier in finely chiselled and gilded bronze, associated with a central bowl in black lacquered sheet metal, typical of 19th-century productions inspired by the First Empire. The central shaft, shaped like a cup, is highlighted by a decorative frieze and ends with a hanging seed. It is suspended by six chains gathered under an ornate rosette. The light arms, richly decorated with leaf motifs and scrolls, each support a false candle holder. Beautiful quality of chiselling and gilding, with an elegant decorative contrast between the deep black of the bowl and the shine of the gilded bronze.
