Alberello Floor Lamp, Stilnovo, 1950

Iconic "Alberello" floor lamp, a classic of mid-century Italian design produced by Stilnovo. The lamp features a sculptural structure made up of six slender rods in black lacquered metal that fan out from a circular marble base. The rods are supported by a central brass ring and terminate in spherical shades made of opaline Murano glass. It has a differentiated lighting system operated by a pedal: the first press turns on all spheres, the second only the four upper spheres, and the third the two lower spheres. Overall in excellent condition.
