French Mediterranean Low Rope Stool by Audoux Minet, 1940s

Vintage rare French Mediterranean low stool or side table designed by Adrien Audoux & Frida Minet. Made in France during the 1940s/50s. Crafted with round woven abaca rope, this small stool or side table includes a handle and remains in very good original condition. Dimensions: width 42 cm, depth 35 cm, height 27 cm, with a seat height of 27 cm. Light wear consistent with age and use. Patina consistent with age and use. This piece is attributed to the designers Adrien Audoux & Frida Minet but lacks an attribution mark. Made in the French Provincial style.
