Former glazed terracotta gourd

Very beautiful french bottle in glazed terracotta dating from the end of the 19th to the first part of the 20th century. This gourd was used in the fields by farm workers to keep the water cool and was immersed in the ponds of or toad sound. In very good condition. All that's missing is the cork inside.
