In the early 1970s, we dreamed of sun-drenched interiors, of living rooms opening onto the terrace. This coffee table was born from that vision: a curved honey rattan structure, dynamic legs that open like a parenthesis, and a glass top that lets the light flow through. We imagine it surrounded by linen cushions and wicker baskets, placed on a jute rug; magazines would naturally slide onto its lower shelf. It embodies the “Riviera/bohemian” spirit of the seventies: relaxed, warm, and easy to live with. With rounded lines, visible natural fibre bindings, and an integrated magazine shelf, its structure is solid and stable. Its patina is even and shows only signs of use consistent with its age. It will be perfect in front of a sofa, in a winter garden or conservatory.
