Wall-mounted and modular bookcase in lacquered brass, mirrors and smoked glass by Mahey, Design 1970

The set includes: - 4 height-adjustable uprights, - 2 cabinets with smoked mirror hinged doors, - 1 low chest of drawers with 3 smoked mirror drawers, - 3 shelves - 2 display cabinets with smoked glass doors and including 2 respective shelves. Structure in ivory lacquered wood and brass finish. Dim: h2.37 X w2.87 X d47.5 designed by jc mahey who notably worked on the manufacture of furniture and lighting for hermes and pierre cardin, always paying particular attention to detail and the quality of materials. Mahey has been recognized for his work by winning numerous awards, including the prestigious rené gabriel prize in 1977.
