Tripod stool in wood turned coil way

Charming turned wooden stool, beautifully worked with its seat decorated by concentric circles and coiled feet. It is made of dark stained solid wood. It does not hide its age: stains, marks, scratches, cracks and glue remains underneath. Originally the feet were probably just inserted strongly into the seat from below, but over time it seems to have been repaired: three screws, screwed from the top of the seat probably to strengthen the holding of the feet, and traces of glue under the seat, testify to this! Despite this, it is in rather correct condition, I sat on it: it holds! But having been repaired, probably several times even, I recommend it rather as a bedside, plant holder or piece of sofa. It measures 41 cm in height, the seat measures 30 cm in diameter, the feet form a triangle of about forty cm on one side. The whole weighs a little less than 2.7 kg.
