Tadashi Ohashi vegetable board, 1960

Graphic and minimalist. On 170g ivory coated paper and a frosty frame, it's a four-colour print of an illustration of a Chinese cabbage. Illustration made in the 1960s Tadashi Ohashi famous Japanese graphic designer (1916-1998). Multi rewarded; plants and sailors were his favourite themes. He illustrated fish, crustaceans, vegetables, roots, fruits... interpretation is very personal and graphic and not with a scientific and pedagogical purpose as in the 19th century. Perfect condition.
