Leather club chair, gang-box model circa 1930's

A fabulous french, leather club chair, gang-box model circa 1930's. This is a very handsome original club chair. The wonderfully thick leather has aged beautifully revealing a patina of warm chestnut brown. The chair itself is a stunning model, the expressive cigar arms and lovely scroll back give it a presence and style that will grace all spaces. All the necessary seat-work has been done making this a lovely chair to sit in; it goes without saying that this chair is supremely comfortable. There is one ancient repair to the left of the scroll back, about the size of a five pence piece, this has been looked at and will not definitely not deteriorate. This is a beautiful single rare, original gang-box model, in a gorgeous condition.
