Two-seater sofa by Roche Bobois, a French design house founded in Paris and known for its contemporary seating focused on comfort. The brand name is engraved on the polished steel frame at the back. Low and wide, it combines a fine padded base with deep seat, back, and armrest cushions, like pillows, in black grained leather, with piped finishes. Two independent headrests fold down onto the back, and the padded armrests rest on angular polished chrome side frames that extend down to flat bent steel feet, giving the whole piece a light, almost floating profile. In very good overall condition, with a functional defect: the hinge mechanism of the adjustable headrests is broken, so they no longer hold in the raised position and remain folded down on the back, as shown in the photos. The leather is supple and clean, with slight natural creases and a little wear on the piping at the corners of the armrests. The chrome structure is shiny, with a few minor marks.
