Antique solid pine wardrobe, reimagined in Celadon Green.

Charming antique wardrobe made of solid pine, dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century. It has been treated against insects and then repainted in an elegant Matt Velvety Celadon Green from @DuluxValentine. This soft and timeless shade subtly modernises its classic lines while respecting its original character. Its understated silhouette is highlighted by a moulded cornice and a solid base that give it a beautiful presence. The clean doors showcase the balance of its proportions, while the matte finish delicately reveals the texture of the wood. The interior, preserved in natural wood, reveals the warm honey patina of the solid pine. It includes a top shelf as well as a metal hanging rail, providing practical and versatile storage space. The structure is sound and stable, with slight signs of age that contribute to its authenticity, including a few woodworm holes and a crack on the right side, see photo (which in no way affects its sturdiness). Its two unique features: the presence of several hooks on the back and labels on the underside indicating transport in 1939.
