Vintage white metal pendant light - up and down system - Space Age Design

Hello, here is a very well made pendant light, dating from the 60s. No one knows what planet it comes from but the style is there: its inspiration is fully in line with the space age design movement. The white metal dome is in very good condition, bearing only rare and tiny traces of time. The interior is plastic, somewhat yellowed with time, like many objects dating from this period. It will support a circular neon (not supplied), to illuminate its environment which, thanks to its very clean rise and fall system, will more or less subdue the visual atmosphere, depending on the height at which you place it. Wire length extends from 40cm to 145cm. Thank you for your visit.
