HB Quimper plate with floral decoration from the 60s-70s.

Quimper HB faience plate, featuring a stylised floral design in shades of blue. The central composition is balanced, with two radiant flowers framed by light foliage, set against a warm ivory background and bordered by a wide deep blue rim. This piece is representative of the productions from the 1960s, where the factory modernised its designs while maintaining a hand-painted execution. There is a contrast between the dense blue and the lighter blue. In excellent vintage condition, with a shiny glaze and no visible signs of use (see photos). Diameter 23 cm. Handwritten signature HB Quimper (Hubaudière & Bousquet) and initials of the decorator (F176 form number). Ideal for a table inspired by Breton seaside homes.
