Magnificent and rare ceramic lamp base by jean de lespinasse alias "jdl", a great french ceramist who worked in vallauris. Superb zoomorphic shape, decorated with a bird on a creamy white background. Very good quality piece, very decorative, top design. “jdl” signature below the piece.
